Damaged Items:
We understand that accidents happen during shipping. In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Take Photos: Immediately take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the damaged item(s).

Contact Us: Within 30 business days of receiving your order, contact our customer service team by email at [email protected]. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the damage, and attach the photos you took.

Return for Inspection: We may request that you return the damaged item(s) to us for inspection. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for your convenience.

Resolution: Once we have received and inspected the damaged item(s), we will offer you one of the following options:
- Full Refund: We will issue a full refund for your order, including the original shipping cost.
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item(s) free of charge.
- Store Credit: If a replacement is not available, we will offer you store credit for the full amount of your order.
Please note:
- We require notification of damaged items within 30 business days of receiving your order.
- We cannot accept returns for damaged items that have been used.
